These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Talk2Invest (Guliani Investment Center) website, including its calculators, content, and enquiry and booking forms. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Nature of Our Services

Talk2Invest (Guliani Investment Center) is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor and APMI Registered PMS Distributor, not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, and any views expressed are general in nature, not personalised recommendations under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Eligibility

This website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Any information you submit through our forms (name, contact details, KYC information at the time of onboarding) must be accurate and current.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the website's content for commercial redistribution;

This website links to third-party resources, including AMFI, SEBI, and the InvestWell platform used for tracking client investments. We do not control these third parties, and their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Fees and Commission

We do not charge anything for the guidance we provide. For any investments made through us, the AMCs may pay us a commission. Our recommendations are based on your risk profile, time horizon, and financial requirement, not on the commission we may earn.

We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and, per extant SEBI/AMFI norms, receive commission (trail and, where applicable, upfront commission) from the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the schemes you invest in through us. This commission is paid by the AMC out of the scheme's expense ratio and is not billed to you separately. Direct plans of the same schemes carry a lower expense ratio because they do not pay distributor commission, and are available directly from the AMC; we do not distribute direct plans. No Guarantee of Outcomes; Limitation of Liability

Mutual fund and other investments carry market risk, and nothing on this website guarantees any specific return or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk2Invest and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or investment decisions you make, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Talk2Invest harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to this website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
