Attribution information. When you arrive at this site from a search engine, ad, or campaign link, your browser temporarily stores which page referred you and any campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source, utm_medium, gclid, or fbclid). If you then submit an enquiry or booking form, this attribution information is included with it so we understand which channel led to your enquiry. We do not use it to identify you before you submit a form.

Usage and analytics information. Like most websites, we use tools described under "Analytics and Tracking Technologies" below to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolling).

How We Use Your Information

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule and confirm bookings (including sending a calendar invite and meeting link), and, if you become a client, to service your mutual fund, PMS, and insurance relationship. We use attribution and analytics information in aggregate to understand which marketing channels are effective and to improve the usability of this website. We do not sell your information to third parties or add you to third-party marketing lists.

Who We Share Information With

If you become a client, your investment-related information is shared only as needed to execute and service your transactions:

• Asset Management Companies (AMCs), to process your mutual fund transactions.
• Registrar and Transfer Agents such as CAMS and KFin Technologies, for KYC verification, transaction processing, and account statements.
• InvestWell, the third-party platform you use to track your investments; its own privacy practices apply to information you provide there.
• Google and Microsoft, as technology providers for the analytics tools described above.

Enquiry and booking details you submit through this website (name, contact details, and attribution information) are logged internally using Google Sheets and Google Calendar, solely to manage and respond to your request. We do not sell personal information, and we disclose it beyond the parties above only where required by law or regulator, or with your consent.

Data Retention

We retain client information for as long as your relationship with us is active, and for the further period required under applicable SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI record-keeping norms, or as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Enquiry information from visitors who do not go on to become clients is kept only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and is periodically purged thereafter.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet, including email, is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent, and request erasure, subject to our record-keeping obligations under SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI regulations.
